  • • All authors of JKNA need to complete a conflict-of-interest form as part of the manuscript submission process. The corresponding author is responsible for obtaining completed forms from all authors of the manuscript. The disclosure of a potential conflict of interest does not necessarily affect the manuscript’ s chances of acceptance.
  • • Examples of potential conflicts of interest are financial support from or connections to pharmaceutical companies, political pressure from interest groups, and academically related issues. In particular, all sources of funding applicable to the study should be explicitly stated.
