Abstract
A 24-year-old woman presented with headache and left-sided tinnitus. Evaluations demonstrated left sensorineural hearing loss and cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT) with normal intracranial pressure. Unilateral hearing loss has rarely been reported in patients with CVT. It is thought that the unilateral hearing loss in this case was caused by impaired drainage of the cochlear veins into the lateral sinus. Key Words: Hearing loss, Venous thrombosis
