- Abstract
- Warfarin is widely used for the prevention of cerebral infarction, especially in patients with atrial fibrillation or artificial valve. Although hemorrhagic problems are well known, skin necrosis is a rare complication. Failures of early diagnosis or management may lead to serious results.
