- Abstract
- A 54-year-old woman presented with sudden headache and diplopia. Brain MRI demonstrated a space-occupying lesion within the pituitary fossa. Histological analysis revealed pituitary lymphoma. Bone marrow biopsy and abdominopelvic CT showed no evidence of the lymphoma. Pituitary lymphoma should be included in the differential diagnosis of pituitary mass even in non-immunosuppressed patients. KeyWords:Pituitary, Primary, Lymphoma
