- Abstract
- Although rare, facial palsy has been occasionally reported as a symptom of lymphocytic malignancies. However, reports of myelogenous leukemia associated with facial palsy have been extremely rare. We describe a 38 year old korean patient who presented with facial diplegia as the initial rnanifestation of an acute myelogenous leukemia.
